In Class Notetaker volunteer in a classroom for students who need this accommodation.
Vounteer out-of-class notetakers assist students with notetaking from the textbook.
Volunteers in the general clerical position perform tasks such as answering the phones, typing and filing.
Volunteers who write or read for students are needed during scheduled exams. Volunteers are also needed to record books on tape.
Volunteers are always needed to tutor in a wide array of subject areas. Tutoring is usually conducted in the office, but may be done in another location as long as it is convenient for the student who is receiving tutoring. Tutors are assigned by the student's counselor at Student Support Services.
